Global Water 2020 is an advocacy initiative designed to accelerate progress towards water access and security for all people in developing countries, with a special focus on remedying the deficit of WASH in health care facilities.
Under the auspices of the Partnership for Faith and Development, Jean helped GW2020 engage religious and FBOs on a large scale, both in the US and overseas, by providing general guidance on faith engagement, developing and implementing a faith engagement strategy, and outreach to and briefing of specific FBOs on the issue. Jean helped to design a briefing and commitments meeting for US-based FBOs, and is engaging religious leaders and FBOs in commitments meetings in the US, South America, Africa, MENA and South Asia.
